I figured it's probably time to update this section.  In a nutshell, I'm a lawyer / technologist / photographer / pilot, but not necessarily in that order. I've made my living on the law/technology front for most of the last two decades. Prior to that I did it via photography. I've now returned to that first-love, photography. The digital revolution (ah, the technology worked its way back into this!) has completely changed the dynamics of photography, or should I say "technography" or "imaginography"? The new tools give me the creative control I longed for in my early years of photography, but could only partially obtain in the black & white darkroom. Today a hi-res digital image and Photoshop open up virtually limitless possibilities.

Flying also remains a passion, an itch often scratched by flight instructing which is a great way to pass the passion along to others! And it's a nice fit with the photography as I do quite a bit of aerial photography.
